With a background in banking, Derek has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage and protection industry, Derek has helped clients across the country from our high street office. He has extensive knowledge across all aspects of mortgage and protection advice, including expertise in lifetime mortgages. Outside of work, Derek enjoys travelling and is a keen supporter of his local football club, Brighton & Hove Albion F.C.

Sasha Grant
Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Sasha has worked alongside Derek since 2014,  Having started her career as an Administrator, she developed a thorough understanding of the mortgage and protection application process. In 2022, she qualified as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, helping clients navigate their options with confidence and ease. Outside of work, Sasha enjoys spending time with family, friends and her Labrador, Ernie.

There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount of the fee will depend upon your circumstances but will range from £295 to £750 and this will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity.

We don’t charge a fee for product transfers, if the best option for you is to remain with your existing lender.
